Spinach & Feta Quiche

Ingredients
1 x roll of shortcrust pastry
1 x cup of chopped spinach
1 x cup of feta cheese
1 x tub of fresh cream
1 x small onion
4 x eggs

Quiche Pastry Dish

Method
1. Roll out shortcrust pastry
2. Line the quiche pastry dish with the shortcrust pastry
3. Saute onions with spinach
4. Add onion and spinach mix into a mixing bowl
5. Add feta, eggs and fresh cream to the onion and spinach and mix all together
6. Add mixture to the pastry shortcrust quiche dish
7. Bake at 180 degress for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown
